Step 1. Start Your Application
A complete and accurate application helps keep the process moving. Be prepared to submit:

Valid Canadian government-issued photo ID, OR a valid Canadian visa that remains active for the full lease term.

Proof of Canadian funds

Employment letter and two recent pay stubs, OR Canadian tax return, OR Canadian savings/investment statements

Consent to a soft credit check

Every applicant’s situation is different—and that’s expected. If you’re new to Canada, studying internationally, or still building credit, one way to strengthen your application is to apply with a Canadian guarantor.
Guarantors must provide:
